About white acoustic panels
Acoustic performance doesn’t depend on colour
In acoustic terms, panels in a light finish work exactly the same way as their counterparts in any other colour. They absorb sound waves, shorten reverberation time and improve speech clarity. The interior of the fabric cover is filled with certified mineral wool, so the choice of colour has no impact on sound-absorbing properties. The difference is purely visual.
Who should choose white panels
Like any light-coloured textile, white fabric requires slightly more care, particularly in rooms where the panels are within arm’s reach. Mounted at head height or above, this is rarely an issue in practice. If you’re looking for a neutral background that doesn’t take over the interior, white is the natural choice.
